Dear Customers,

As you may be aware, our shop is currently closed, but our hard working team are all doing their bit to help, and we are still offering our servicing, online & Click + Collect services.

Our workshop remains open, albeit with a reduced team to continue working on repairs. Likewise, our website is available to provide you with your cycling essentials and our phone lines remain open from 10am-5pm 7 days a week.

We are facing a very long waiting list at present (Approx 5 weeks) due to the current demand.

Walk-In Services/Repairs: Regrettably, we are unable to offer "walk-in" services at this time. All services must be scheduled in advance. Likewise, we are unable to offer a "while-you-wait" service just now, as we are not able to have customers waiting in the shop.

Opening Hours: Due to a reduced number of staff, we are now open from 10am-5pm, 7 days a week.

Phone Calls: As we're running on with a skeleton staff structure, we are occasionally turning off our phone lines to allow mechanics to keep working on bikes. Your mechanic will still be able to phone you, however you may be unable to call back. If this happens, please login and click "+Add Note" next to your service, the mechanic will get a notification of this. Similarly, we may be slightly slower replying to emails than you may be used to.

Here are our new guidelines that we have in place to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
